How billing works
Partimation bills monthly, in US dollars or euros; there is no annual plan and no yearly discount to weigh against it. A seat is one named person with their own login, and that login reaches every module in the suite rather than being bought module by module — so Shop's five seats mean five named people, not five concurrent sessions. Simulation is the one metered unit: a run is a single GPU physics job, while DFM findings, process screening and should-cost stay unmetered, so screening a part never spends a run. Pro and Shop check out in the browser. On-prem and Enterprise are arranged through sales instead — there is no self-serve path to either — and an On-prem install verifies its licence locally with an Ed25519 signature check, so a machine with no outbound connection runs exactly like a networked one. EUR prices exclude VAT, added at checkout where it applies.

Pro carries a monthly run allowance, Shop pools a larger allowance across its five seats, and an On-prem licence runs unmetered on your own hardware.
Partimation's free tier costs nothing and takes no credit card. You upload a part and get manufacturability findings with the rule behind each one, plus a best-fit process recommendation — the advisory pass. Rigging, physics simulation, should-cost, CNC output, drawing extraction and exports each require a paid plan.
No outbound call is made. On-prem licence verification is a local Ed25519 signature check against a signed licence file, not a server round-trip, so an air-gapped machine behaves exactly like a networked one. Updates arrive the same way, as signed files you install yourself.
Self-serve checkout covers the Pro and Shop plans only. On-prem and Enterprise are sales-led: there is no online checkout path to either, and an Enterprise agreement is where multi-site licensing, custom processes and rules, a model tuned on your own quote history, and an SLA get scoped.
