Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: [DATE] · Part of the Terms of Service
To keep the service safe and lawful for everyone, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the software or models, except where the law expressly allows.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as your plan permits.
- Overload or disrupt the service (excessive automated requests, denial-of-service, circumventing rate limits or metering).
- Upload content you have no right to process, or that is unlawful.
- Upload export-controlled or sanctioned technical data to the hosted service where you are not permitted to (see below).
- Misrepresent Partimation output as certified engineering approval.
Export control & restricted work
Castings and their technical data can be subject to export-control and sanctions rules (for example ITAR, EAR, or EU dual-use regulations). You are responsible for determining whether your parts and data are controlled and for complying with the applicable rules. Do not upload controlled data to the hosted service unless you are authorised. For defence, aerospace, or NDA-restricted work, use the on-prem / air-gapped option so nothing leaves your environment.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse to [email protected].
