Sales, support and on-prem questions about Partimation all go through one form and one published address, [email protected]. On-prem and Enterprise are sales-led with no self-serve checkout, so this is the route for an air-gapped deployment.
What's this about
Which tier fits a shop your size, what a seat covers, moving off Free, and how EUR pricing handles VAT at checkout. Worth putting in the message: how many people would use it and what you make.
A part that came back with findings you did not expect, an export that never arrived, a question about loading your own rates into the cost model. Include your company name and, where you can, the part or job it happened on.
On-prem is a sales-led track with no checkout button, so this form is the only way in. Useful things to say: the hardware you would run it on, how many seats, and whether those machines can reach the internet at all.
Partnerships, a security questionnaire, procurement paperwork, press. The same form takes all of it — there is no second address to find.
We reply within one business day. Every message sent through the form below reaches the same small team, whichever route above best describes your question.

FAQ
Sales, support and on-prem deployment questions all use the one form on this page. The three labels beside it are a guide to what to write, not separate mailboxes: Partimation publishes a single address, [email protected], for anyone who would rather send an email than fill a form in.
Self-serve checkout covers the Pro and Shop tiers, so a shop can start either one from the app without contacting anybody, and the Free tier asks for no card at all. On-prem and Enterprise are the two sales-led routes, and the form on this page is where both of them begin.
On-prem is sold through this page's form rather than through checkout — there is no self-serve route to it, by design, because the licence, the seat count and the hardware are all settled before anything is issued. Say what you would run it on and how isolated the network is.
Air-gapped installs behave exactly like networked ones. The on-prem edition verifies its licence with a local Ed25519 signature check instead of a call to a server, so nothing has to reach out for the software to work, and updates are signed rather than fetched. Arranging a deployment that way goes through the form on this page.
The consent checkbox states the whole of it — "I agree that MetaBinary may store the details above to respond to my enquiry, as described in the website privacy policy". Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact and then deleted, this site runs no advertising trackers, and personal information is never sold. You can withdraw consent, or request deletion, at any time.
